Whether it is cultural or generational diversity, create a PowerPoint presentation in which you identify a diversity challenge of your interest. Analyze the challenges of this form of diversity from a supervisory perspective, which could be shared with other supervisors across an organization. Include the following concepts:
Motivators
Expectations from the supervisor
Expected working conditions
Commitment to ones organization
After you complete this analysis, describe what you would do as a supervisor to understand and overcome the challenges posed by the form of diversity you chose to analyze. Support your conclusions with references from a minimum of five (5) journal articles or publications.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least five (5) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
Length: 12-15 slides (with a separate reference slide)
Notes Length: 200-350 words for each slide
